Coating & Converting
Contract Coating & Converting services are the core engines of our business. We can process a wide range of adhesives from standard block copolymer and heat seals to more viscous compounds such as butyls, butyl hybrids, and butyl acrylic hybrids. Our state of the art custom built coater allows us tremendous control & precision during the coating process to meet whatever specs our customers ask for.
Product Development
With decades of tribal knowledge, we pride ourselves in our ability to take an idea and bring it to market in a timely manner. We have the bandwidth to advise on initial product construction, create initial handle samples, run initial product trials, and ramp up into full scale production all under one roof.
State of the art Lab
Our attention to detail and focus on quality & safety give us a competitive edge over other coating companies. We standardize our processes in an effort to certify all finished goods meet customer required specs. We also can compare competitive samples side by side and make educated recommendations with hard data
DIVERSE PRODUCT MIX
Flexibility and versatility are two traits we pride ourselves on delivering for our customers.
We can coat 100% solid hot melt products up to 62″ wide at adhesive coat weights ranging from 2-40 mils thick. Our custom built machine allows us to coat both 100% continuous surface coverage and discontinuous surface coverage. Our converting capabilities allow us to make logged products (36″-60″) or narrower tape products (4″-36″) with a variety of different customer specifications such as: split linter, double sided, overlapping liner, etc.
We offer a full range of packaging solutions including: bagged log rolls, custom cardboard packaging, belly bands, end caps, and shrink wrap capabilities.
Our goal is to have your product leave our facility to whatever level of packaging required whether it be an unconverted master roll or a shelf ready shrink wrapped roll of tape.
